I became a coach to pass down not only gymnastics knowledge, but self-awareness, emotional management, & problem solving skills to athletes. My style of training is goal-oriented, creating a similar structure for my adult clients. By goal setting & evaluations, I work with individuals to find a positive route, as well as positive mindset to achieve those goals. To improve overall health & body composition, I implement stretching techniques, isolation exercises, & functional strength training. My training is giving results you not only see, but feel in every aspect of life! Among many aspirations for the world of sports & fitness, helping others learn, grow, & love themselves is my top priority.”
